There are number of local projects and issues Bruce is pursuing for each of the neighbourhoods that make up the Dunkley electorate.

These are a few that may interest you in the Mount Eliza area:

Promoting the appeal of Mt Eliza by encouraging ‘al-fresco’ dining in the village, supporting streetscape and beautification works, such as the Federally backed Mt Eliza Heritage Garden, and improving awareness of the cultural, environmental and visitor appeal of the village.
Investigating whether the high quality Melbourne Arts Centre Sunday Art and Craft market, or similar, would support a mid-week version in Mt Eliza.
Seeking funding to improve the stability of the Mt Eliza coastline and establishment of a native trails network through local open space.
Pursuing improved leisure facilities for young families and teenagers, such as a skate park, bicycle trails and playground equipment.
Working hard to secure additional police resources to service the area, including extra patrol vehicles.
