These are a few that may interest you in the Mornington area:

• Promoting the Mornington Peninsula as a sustainable region where the landscape and environmental appeal of the area is complemented by a commitment to developing lasting employment and social opportunities.
• Continuing to push for improvements to services and infrastructure to support and better ‘connect’ the expanding Mornington East neighbourhoods with the village.
• Continue to support the consolidation of Mornington Peninsula Youth Enterprises at the Pine Avenue site secured with Federal funding.
• Addressing concerns about community safety by lobbying for federally funded CCTV cameras in Main Street, working to establish a Neighbourhood Watch presence in Mornington East and pushing for increased police resources, including patrol vehicles.
• Securing Federal funding for primary school infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
• Promoting the Mornington area as a desirable destination for tourists and visitors and supporting the expansion of the Mornington Tourist Railway.
