Langwarrin
There are number of local projects and issues Bruce is pursuing for each of the neighbourhoods that make up the Dunkley electorate.
These are a few that may interest you in the Langwarrin area:
- Continuing to lobby for further road safety upgrades, such as the installation of a Federally-funded safe turning arrow at the intersection of Southgateway and Cranbourne-Frankston Road.
- Implementing a ‘stronger families/connected kids’ program in Langwarrin with an emphasis on adolescent health and resilience, building self management skills and positive parental relations.
- Establishing a network of Neighbourhood Watch groups to promote a sense of community and a shared commitment between neighbours to protect property, belongings and the character and appeal of an area.
- Working with the community, including Langwarrin Park Primary School, to pursue additional after school care places for children to support a growing population.
