Frankston

There are number of local projects and issues Bruce is pursuing for each of the neighbourhoods that make up the Dunkley electorate.

These are a few that may interest you in the Frankston area:

    • Working to deliver a Family Relationship Centre to help strengthen family bonds, prevent family breakdowns and assist parents to resolve conflict during and after separation.
    • Re-building the reputation, character and atmosphere of Frankston as a key coastal regional centre, and promoting local tourism and supporting local business.
    • Further expanding the number of aged care beds and range of in-home support services for our growing frail and aged community, and to ensure sufficient, properly trained staff are locally available to deliver services.
    • Developing a Health and Wellness precinct at the Monash University Frankston-Peninsula campus. This would include a major community aquatic facility and multi-disciplinary health and well-being clinic.
    • Continually lobbying for additional Federal funding to improve local road and community safety.
